About Me

My quest is to live life as healthfully as possible so this is a blog dedicated to discussing all kinds of issues which fall within the diverse range of health. No topic is off limits! I have studied nutrition and am an avid health reader. In addition to studying health research, I frequently talk to various RD’s, MD’s, health writers, and ordinary people with an interest in health issues to increase my knowledge.

As a health writer, I focus mostly on nutrition, fitness, body image, and mental health. I love to experiment with recipes and try out new fitness programs, and I like to share my experiences with you on my blog. I also do many book and product reviews, and anything reviewed on my site is done objectively regardless of whether or not I have received the product for free directly from the company (in which case I will always make a note of). For any companies wishing to send me products or books to review, send me an e-mail and I would be more than happy to take your idea into consideration.

In my fourth year of university, I am taking classes in the department of Rhetoric, Writing, and Communications. To celebrate my passion for my studies, I have started up a rhetoric blog, which you can check out at Living Rhetorically in the Real World. I write the Living Well column for the University of Winnipeg’s The Uniter, and am a Top Health Blogger at Wellsphere. You can also follow me on Twitter.

Learning about health and gathering information is a top priority for me and you’ll find lots of book reviews and recommendations around here. One of the best ways to spread knowledge and awareness is to share what we know, so don’t hesitate to email me or leave a comment! I’m open to discussion and am very interested in hearing your opinions, thoughts, and ideas. Feel free to e-mail me at sagan.morrow@gmail.com- I’d love to chat!
